His career spans from technical support for companies like Honeywell and IBM to owning an I.T. company focused on the small and medium business market. Jim is an expert in industry trends like Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery and cybersecurity. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems from Goshen College.
