Frequently asked questions.
Business Owners
How long does the assessment take?
Most owners complete it in approximately 20–30 minutes, depending on the detail of their responses.
Is the assessment free?
The initial assessment and high-level results are available at no cost. Detailed interpretation, debriefs, Blueprints for Rapid Growth, and implementation plans are paid services.
Is this business coaching?
The process may lead to coaching or strategic advisory support, but it begins with a structured diagnosis of the business.
Will the assessment tell me exactly what to do?
The assessment identifies patterns and potential gaps. The debrief and diagnostic process provide the context needed to develop specific recommendations and priorities.
Do I need financial statements?
Financial statements are helpful for a complete diagnostic, but they are not required for the initial assessment.
Can my leadership team participate?
Yes. Involving key team members can provide additional perspective and improve implementation.
Can this help with financing?
The process may lead to coaching or strategic advisory support, but it begins with a structured diagnosis of the business.
Can this help with government or corporate contracts?
Yes. A specialized Contract and Growth Readiness Diagnostic can evaluate whether the company has the capacity to pursue and perform larger contracts.
What happens after the debrief?
You may implement the recommendations independently, request a Blueprint and 90-Day Plan, or engage SBProU for ongoing strategic advisory support.

Will Growth Architects receive exclusive territories?
