Newark, NJ – Andrew Frazier, Founder of Small Business Pro University is pleased to announce the recipients of the 1st Annual Small Business Pro Champion Awards due to the valuable work they have done and continue to do for diverse entrepreneurs throughout the State of New Jersey.

This year’s awards will go to Rising Tide Capital (RTC), NJ Small Business Development Centers (NJSBDC), Rutgers Center for Urban Entrepreneurship & Economic Development (CUEED) and Empower The Village (ETV). The awards will be presented at the Small Business Pro POWER Conference at NJIT on Friday, July 26th.

For 20 years, Rising Tide Capital (RTC) located in Jersey City, NJ has built inclusive communities of resilient entrepreneurs catalyzing a thriving and sustainable economy for all and has served over 10,000 entrepreneurs with education, training, and business coaching.

NJ Small Business Development Centers (NJSBDC) strives to be the leading statewide organization in delivering business advisory services and training to established and new small to mid-sized businesses, and high-impact, growth-oriented businesses.

Rutgers Center for Urban Entrepreneurship & Economic Development (CUEED) is the first center of its kind in the nation to integrate scholarly works with private capital, government, and non-profit sectors to develop citywide resources and bring renewed economic growth and vitality through urban entrepreneurship.

Empower The Village (ETV) is a data-driven nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2018 to develop, guide and implement breakthrough, scalable strategies that empower Black people, businesses and community organizations to realize their full potential. ETV’s Prosperity pillar is the centerpiece of their portfolio of signature programs accelerating economic empowerment through Black Excellence in Entrepreneurship.

Small Business Pro University (SBProU) seeks to become the Ultimate Business Ecosystem for Helping Entrepreneurs to Succeed from Start-Up to Scaling. Our mission is to Help 1,000,008 business owners to Sell More, Make More, and get Financing by 2028 faster and easier.
