• WHAT DO THEY actually need?
• WHAT INTERVENTION best fits those needs?
• WHAT OUTCOME matters and how will we know whether businesses improved?
Andrew explores why historical offerings should not substitute for a current diagnosis of entrepreneur needs and how organizations can design programs backward from measurable outcomes. The goal is not simply to repeat what has always been offered. It is to build support around the businesses, stages, needs, priorities, and outcomes that matter now. Before building the next program, ask: Is this based on what entrepreneurs actually need—or what we have historically offered?
