Inspired by the legacy of his late father, an Olympic swim coach and influential mentor, Adam sold his franchises to pursue a higher calling: empowering coaches. He is the founder of the I Love Coaching community, now active on four continents, which supports coaches in building impactful businesses—from one-on-one practices to scalable, seven-figure brands—using his REAL Coach Method (Relevant, Experiential, Authentic Leaders), an acronym developed with leadership expert John Maxwell. A devoted husband and father of two tennis-playing teens, Adam integrates his faith, leadership values, and passion for personal growth into his work helping coaches change and serve millions of people worldwide.
